If you are not currently a partner with the CWDDC and would like more information on how to become one, please contact Cris Marsh at the Wildlife Disease Information Node.
You can also fill out a profile questionnaire and email or fax it to us in regards to what type of data your agency collects, which will help us set up a profile for your institution if you would like a system customized for your agency. 
If you do not need a system for data entry, but would like to contribute data to the CWDDC, please contact Megan Hines for information on format of data and levels of data sharing.
